Headings all look same

Heading dropdown should reflect what the actual styles are. So heading 2 should be bluebackground with white text, just like in the content. You can see here: https://screencast.com/t/AvitbHfrDaj
All other editors I use do this so it would be good for this one to do the same. Otherwise you keep having to guess which one is what when you are trying to style a page.
