Headline from specific category?

    I searched the forums and the plugins but no luck. So I hope someone here can help me out.

    I run blog with a podcast. What I need is to have a one line headline at the top of the blog pointing to the last post to a specific category. Any way to do this?

    What I am trying to do is have a link to my last podcast at the top of the site so it won’t disappear at the bottom when I post topics other than the podcast.
