I can’t get this message to go away even after disconnecting and reconnecting.

Not long after I reconnect, my Square info in the plugin settings (Business Location, Product Sync, etc,) will disappear, but the error will remain.

I am on version 2.0.5 of the Square plugin and it has been this was for about 2 weeks now.

    Log looks like this:

I am having this issue as well. I’ve had to reconnect several times over the past few weeks. Any resolution?

    Hi,

We are currently investigating this but so far there is no pattern emerging. Could you ask your hosting provider for access logs and firewall logs and whether they can see if there have been blocked connections to https://connect.squareup.com/

    Kind regards,

    Hi @rplakas, @rdi-eric, and @rprice54,

By any chance of updating to 2.0.6 does this help solve the troubles here with keeping your connection working?

So I’ve been having the disconnect problem over the last few weeks.
My client called me saying her customers couldn’t pay by card. from her site.
Square plugin had disconnected again – this has happened maybe 4 times this month?
I had updated the plugin to the version that this forum had suggested fixed the problem, though evidently it hasn’t.

The log entry after I have disconnected and reconnected today is:

    “11-22-2019 @ 13:34:34 – Access token successfully received.
    11-22-2019 @ 13:34:34 – Refresh token successfully received.
11-22-2019 @ 13:34:35 – Disconnected due to invalid authorization. Please try connecting again.

I was on 2.0.5 during the month this happened and now on version 2.0.7 after an update today.

This problem has persisted through the major 2.X.X update.
