All products are viewed in the Catalogue.

I understand your client received the error message above even if the products are viewed in your catalog. Are you not experiencing any errors or problems on your Facebook Shop?

Can you please provide the fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs?

Furthermore, please share with us a clear screenshot of what you see on your end so that we could address you more effectively.

Furthermore, a newer version of the Facebook for WooCommerce plugin was released a few hours ago. Could you check with that one first, before replying here, please?

Hi, I have updated to the latest version of Woocommerce for Facebook.

I have clicked on the LINK Heads up! Your connection to Facebook is no longer valid “READ MORE” and followed the instructions there to link it.

It all seems to be LINKED, but when I go into Facebook as a customer, I still CANNOT see the “SHOP” button for Facebook Shop.

As I mentioned when I am logged into the Facebook account and go underneath the Cover Photo on the PC, I can see the SHOP BUTTON and all the products…

BUT I cannot see it on the Mobile at all for some reason.
All I see on the mobile is

POSTS / ABOUT PHOTOS MENTIONS
So if I can’t see it, then I can’t see HOW Customers can see it ?

Also the “SHOP NOW” button straight underneath the Cover photo redirects to the website .. How can I change that to REDIRECT to the Facebook SHOP (not the website) …

Maybe there is ONLY a setting I am missing somewhere ?

You can view your connected assets at any time from the Marketing > Facebook > Connection tab. To manage your connected assets and enable other features, such as setting up your Facebook Page Shop, click Manage Connection to open the Facebook Business Extension tool.

Side note: Please leave “Instagram Shopping” unchecked.
