Headway leaf plugin, exclude feature not working

  • Hi, I am in the middle of updating a site which is using the Headway theme. Here is a link to the problem page:

    and the original which is working fine:

    The problem is with the content leaf (yellow box on the upper right). The original is displaying only the posts for that page (Peculiar stories), but the upgrade is showing posts for all available categories (Peculiar stories and Shortest way home).

    This is supposed to be governed by the include/exclude feature, but it is not working correctly. The upgrade is currently set to include just the posts for this page. The original is set to exclude posts from the other page. If I change the upgrade to exclude, nothing shows in the yellow box.

    Ideas?
