HealthPlus Theme, Function.php Loading multiple times

Hello,
I have installed HealthPlus Theme on a clients hosting and It seems that HealthPlus Theme function.php is loading twice.
When i try to edit some post, i found this error.

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare hnm_register_meta_boxes() (previously declared in /home/daralshifa/public_html/wp-content/themes/health-plus/includes/meta-boxes.php:5) in /home/daralshifa/public_html/wp-content/themes/health-plus/includes/meta-boxes.php on line 94

I have analyzed both function.php and meta-boxes.php and did not found any line where code is repeating multiple times.

Please help
