Heart rating is not visible

    Dear Support,

    Is it possible if heart icon can be visible on heart ratings?
    Now only the number is visible, when mouse is hover.
    You can check it on attached link.

    Please be kindly informed that we have found the conflict between your current theme and our plugin on your website, which is causing some changes in the plugin’s usual appearance. The theme styles are influencing on plugins codes thus why the heart icon is not visible now.

    I’m working with WordPress since 10 years but I’ve never ever seen similar support for a free plugin (even for paid ones!):
