    Hi,

    I don’t understand how the heat map is supposed to work and I can barely see what is going on in the video, it is not very clear.
    When I click on the heat map on one of my most popular posts I just see an arrow with a zero next to it.
    The screen darkens but there are no coloured areas.

    Hi Pauline,

    please note that the heatmap data is not “retroactive” and is not collected by Slimstat by default for performance reasons. Please follow the instructions on the add-on’s page to enable the corresponding setting in Slimstat:

    Thanks for your prompt reply.

    I think I am still not understanding or missing something.

    I followed the instructions and still nothing. Just the same arrow with a zero.

    I gave it a couple of hours before I tested it.
