Heavy website loading

    Recently, I had shifted my website hosting to another server due to the malware attack in previous one. The problem is that now my WordPress id is taking time in uploading images and performing other tasks. There is no issue from server side but still seems a heavy load on WordPress. Can you tell me how can I fix it. My website is also taking time in loading, should I install any plugin? or report it to WordPress?
