Hebrew Characters Display as “????” After Recent Update

    Hi UsersWP Support,

    Since updating to the latest version of UsersWP (which fixed “mb_convert_encoding is deprecated in PHP 8.2”), I’ve encountered an issue where Hebrew characters in the registration success emails appear as “????”.

    I’m using WPML for multilingual support, and the issue seems to be related to UTF-8 encoding for non-Latin characters. This problem didn’t exist before the update.

    Could you please provide a solution or advise how to revert to the previous version until this is fixed?

    the developers looked into this and have pushed a fix, please give the latest update a try and let us know.
