Hebrew support

I’m having a similar problem. I have a site that needs to be able to display both English and Hebrew, and the Hebrew only appears as question marks. The strange thing is that on my local server on my computer, the Hebrew works. Help!

Smallfox, if you’re still trying to find the solution, I found it! Leon at LiewCF posted the solution, which involves making a small change to the wp-config.php file. I wrote it up in Hebrew on wordpressgarage.com.
