heeeeelp!

Hi

I have a wordpress site which I’ve made up and almost completed on my mac. Recently I have a tried to port the hole thing over to my web host provider using cpanel and fantastico but… I goofed in the process so I deleted every thing from the root folder. Now I can’t get fantastico to reinstall wordpress (it says something about a second script but I don’t one?), my host support are about as useful as a chocolate tea pot, and I need to get this site up and running fast! How do I port my wordpress site up there? Please help I’m really stuck.
