There’s a filter you can use to change the height and width attributes of the PDF.

Firstly the PDF will scroll so you can see all of it.

The filter is as follows:

add_filter( 'embed_pdf_viewer_pdf_attributes', function($attr) {
    $attr['height'] = "600";
    $attr['width'] = "1000";

    return $attr;
});	

Where you set the height and width attributes. Put the filter in you theme’s functions.php file.
