height for youtube videos are inconsistent

Hi,

Thanks a lot because I found it to be very helpful. However, the height for youtube videos are not consistent. How do I adjust the videos such that the height is thesame irrespective of the video. I prefer the case where the width is much longer than the height because when the height is longer, it extend beyond the screen size of some blackberry phones.
