Height- images all same height

It seems to me the most basic slider characteristic- that all the images are the same height. I exported them at all the same height and created a slider, but they are forced to be the same widths, with heights all over the place. This seems crazy, first of all, and no configuration for this? I started digging into the javascript but who has time for all this. Just my thoughts, as I leave for another slider or write my own…
