Hello bar isn't working? (404)

Hello all,
I want to put a Hello bar on my blog,
https://parents-heureux-enfants-heureux.com, and so I created a Hello bar page on my WordPress site,

I created my hello bar using hellobar.com and i put the URL link of my WordPress site onto this website.
I downloaded the Hello Bar plugin onto WordPress but it does not work: instead of leading to the page I want, it just says “404, this pages doesn’t exist”.Does anyone know how to fix this? Thanks!
