• Hello I can only export the files one by one, which is not accepted by Shopify,
    I have to export All content, but it says “the site can not be reached” whenever I try,
    Can some one help plz? I changed the max executive time to 5 minutes, it does not help,

    I have deactivated all the plugins.

    If disabling the plugins hasn’t helped, there is a chance that the amount of content or data you’re trying to export is too much for the server to do all at once.

    Here are two solutions that might help:

    1. Use an export/site migration plugin – There are a few options out there, but this one seems to be popular and well-rated: All-in-One WP Migration
    2. Export your data manually – You’ll need to have access to your site’s FTP client. You can find a clear walkthrough for how to do a manual export here: https://kinsta.com/knowledgebase/export-wordpress-site/#manually-phpMyAdmin-SFTP
