Help

ok, so i have been directed here by a good pal. here is my problem.

I would just like to ask how to do this. I’m using the Thesis theme 1.8.

See the three boxes below the header at https://www.attractingabundance.com/eft/

in particular I would like to know how the “latest post” box is done.

Then I would need to put the three boxes at the header itself

See the position of the three boxes at https://mattbites.com/ namely Food&Drink, Travel and Photography. This is where I would need to put them.

Can anybody help or link me to somewhere I could find a solution to this?
