HELP!

I need help.

I dont know what the technical term for this is, so hopefully someone can help me figure it out or point me in the right direction.

On my website for my intro page I would like it to be a video of me talking. I dont want it to be just any kind of video.

I would like it to appear as if I am just walking across the screen address my visitors. The only problem is I HAVE NO IDEA what kind of flash video (if that is what i would use) to search for or to even begin to working with.

Can someone please point me in a direction. Even if its just the name of this type of video.
