    If you can’t/won’t share the URL, that’s fine too. When you switch themes to Twenty Eleven does the banner headline come back?

    No worries, it’s always the first time dealing with problems. ??

    You are using a child theme for the paid theme Catalyst and that parent theme is version 1.3.5.

    I don’t have access to their support forum https://catalysttheme.com/forum/ but from their showcase it looks like they’re up at least up to version 1.4.1.

    I suggest you log on to their site and get the latest and greatest version (you do keep current backups of your files and database right?) and install it. That often takes care of these things.
