Hi Moe….sorry for late reply, I didn’t realize WP does not send notifications. Anyway, I am assuming you are referring to the default blue banner with the computer screens? If so, you will want to do this:

Go to Appearance >> Themes >> Then click on the text link “Customize” which will open the new customizer up. On the Basic settings tab in the left column is a setting to disable the demo banner. Make sure this is unchecked and then click Save & Publish.

Then you can go ahead and use the WP Header and upload one or more images for it.

If you still run into problems, register on my site for support and I can follow up there. The link to register is in the Readme.html file in the theme files.

Hi Moe….the recommended size would be 1920 wide and your height should be around 400 px or more (or less), depending on your preference. The one for the theme though is 1920 x 545.
