Help! IE / IOS issues

Hi,

First of all – thanks for this great plugin. It is brilliant.

I have a form live at https://www.empowersvs.co.uk/services/recruitment/empower-trustee-network/

Users are complaining that the form fields keep emptying themselves before they are completed on an ipad and in IE the form does nothing when you press send.

The form works fine in Firefox / Chrome.

Any advice appreciated!
