    Hi,

    I’ve spoke with two people from Mialmunch, but they stopped answering after my initial question. I have mailmunch linked with my mailchimp account.

    I need to know: For the mailmunch free version, can we create a dropdown option in the pop up form? I think this may be the issue I’m having. I linked all my fields to my mailchimp form questions. However, I keep getting an error saying they aren’t matched. I think it may have to do with mailmunch free vesion only offering text fields, where our mailchimp form includes a drop down. Please help!

    Valerie,

    I just saw the ticket you created and it was responded in a timely manner. Can you check your spam folder?

    Dropdown is not supported by us. This is why it keeps giving that error. We only support text fields right now.
