    Hi,

    I would like to ask some help with an issue that I am not sure what it is and how can I solve. I have this plugin and Shareholic plugins installed. Those plugins do show up at my cell phone (using a private page), however, they do not show up at my browser, I did refresh the cache, used chrome and FF… .

    I am not sure what to do and how to solve that. Any help is very welcome.

    Thanks for the info. Are you using the latest browser versions for Chrome and Firefox? Do you have any Ad Blockers enabled on your browsers? Also, what mobile device/model are you using to view your website? I would like to try to see if I can replicate it on my end.

    Hi Mary Anne,

    I still have the problem with Chrome on one computer. I do not know what is causing. I tested on other computers and it is working. I think I will just let it go.

    It sounds like it may be specific settings on the computer you are viewing your site on. Have you tried checking the settings or browser extensions that may be causing the conflict? Let me know if you have additional questions or need help with this. Hopefully you are able to find what’s causing it.
