help! activating the CDN

hello, i am getting this error
Error: Unable to create distribution for origin 25kph.com (S3::createDistribution(’25kph.com’, ‘custom’, 1, ”, ”): [OptInRequired] The AWS Access Key Id needs a subscription for the service).when I tried to activate the CDN, what am i doing wrong?
i have created the Access Key ID & Secret Access Key
under Your Security Credentials in https://console.aws.amazon.com/
