Help !!! Add cities and states to WP job manager

Hello,
I’m a beginner on wordpress i need your help.
i want to add cities and states to the search form, i used wp job region and it work perfect except my client want now to have into the form two dropdowns one for the cities and one for the states also manage this list from the admin area to add the cities and states.
if anyone can help me please.
