Help adding adsence box top right of posts

    Theme: Arras 1.4.2

    Id like to add a 200×200 ad block to the top right corner of each post, to the right of the post title, author, categories, tags. Im wondering if there is a plugin that can do this easily or if there is a easy way to manually add this.

    Any help would be great, thanks.
