Help adding pages to menu

I have a created a new website (i’m new to WP) and to speed things up i got the home page looking the way I wanted and then cloned every other page within the site off that home page and renamed them individually. The problem is that when I go to add them to the menu (it’s a custom menu) they don’t appear in the pages box.

I only see the pages that were included as samples with the theme, not the ones I cloned / created myself. Have I just wasted all of my time or is there an easy way to add them to the main custom menu?
