Help Adding Text to PHP Printed Date

I have this php string printing out the year inside of a div:

_e(date('Y'));

However how do I add “. All rights reserved.” to this?

I COULD just type it in directly, however I’m sure this isn’t the way to do this and using a P tag puts it on another line…something I don’t want.
