WP Memory Limit: ? 40 MB

For a basic setup installation of WordPress, using only WooCommerce and Storefront as a theme, we’d recommend using at least 64MB of WP Memory.

Since you’re not using a basic setup, I’d recommend increasing the WordPress memory limit to at least 256MB!

There are two paths to do that, by adjusting it yourself or asking your hosting.

Considering that you have a large amount of active plugins (46), I’d say that a robust server setup, including a large memory allocation to WordPress, should be required to get your site working properly.
In fact, you might consider disabling or uninstalling plugins that are no longer being used. This can not only increase the performance, but also prevent issues caused by conflicts between plugins.
