HELP – Blank EXCEL

Hello…
I am using this plugin from last 6 months…It is one of the best plugins I have ever used…I am using it in a website where there are lot of registrations in my contact form…Right now total registrations are 38,000…
My issue has started from last month…I download the form details according to the date. At first I select the form…then it displays all the info…then i select the date…it gives me the data according to date selected…Everything was fine till few days back…
From few days, When i select form, it either does not display anything or it shows no records found or it displays all records…from last 6 months…
When it does not display anything or it shows no records found, I either refresh the page or re-login my dashboard…by doing this it works sometime or it does not…
Now When it displays all records, I select the date then it displays the data from those selected date…then i download it in excel format…but now from few days it gives me blank excel…
I am facing this problem from last month…it works sometime or it doesn’t…
Please help….
