Help, can not pass the sign up for newsletter page

Hi everyone,

I wanted to do the configuration. I entered my email and name and clicked sign up but the little loading circle just circles forever. I waited 30 minutes and it still didn’t work. I used Chrome and I switched browsers to firefox but still no luck. I refreshed and wanted to enter a different name and email but still doesn’t work. Does anyone know why this might happen?

My website is https://www.swjoyoflife.com if there is anything I configurated wrong. I just downloaded the plugin a few days ago but was never able to pass the sign up stage.
