• Hello all

    We’ve looked around for info, but we were not able to find anything relevant to us.

    We’ve installed and activated the plugin as usual. We had a look at the what is available in plugin settings page. Now we simply don’t know what is the right way to go on.
    We tried adding a bunch of img nodes on a page, both wrapped within ul/li and by themselves, but with no luck. The images had their rel attribute set as we grasped from some comment.

    Is there any standard HTML sample that we can follow in order to be sure we’re doing things right? That could also be beneficial to everyone … probably worth it placing that in the Installation page too.

    Thanks a lot

    Thanks for your feedback. In the meantime, we found what was missing:

    it is not right/enough to add rel attribute directly to img node. Instead one needs a scheme like the following:

    <a rel="lightbox" href="path-to-original-picture">
      <img src="path-to-thumbnail">
    </a>

    Yes.

    That’s exactly how any image link output in WordPress look’s like.
    And that’s what RL is looking for in the site code.

    I gather that single images must be linked to ‘Media File’ for the lightbox to work. If they are linked to the ‘Attachment Page’ they won’t display in the lightbox.

    (These settings are in the Image Details panel when you upload an image.)
