Help! Can't Upload Theme

  • Hi.

    I successfully downloaded the Natural-Responsive theme but am unable to upload it to WordPress. I clicked the Upload button, browsed for the zip folder (35 MB) on my computer and clicked the Install Now button. It just cycles for a long while and then I’m presented with a message box that asks whether I want to do this with a link to try again. I have tried repeatedly to upload it following this procedure with the same result. Any advice? I’ve tried using both IE and Firefox.

  • Have you tried to unzip that archive?, I think that is a premium theme, and the installable theme is inside.

    Upload the theme manually and extract it to your theme folder through your File transfer protocol(FTP).This procedure usually works but there might b several other reasons such as the theme which you are uploading might be corrupted have you tried to upload any other theme?Try updating your word press too.

    Thanks so much for your responses. I finally was able to upload the theme successfully by using the cPanel in my hosting environment. I’m a newbie to WordPress so I appreciate your help. Thanks.
