The plugin does nothing beyond WordPress API, therefore the situation you describe sounds interesting (with 11K+ installations we’ve never had such a problem) – after the uninstall nothing gonna be left. The only logical reason for such a situation – it’s the server malfunction at the moment of the uninstall.
What do you mean by “some of your product” ? Does your system still have ‘gra4-social-network’ folder under ‘wp-content/plugins/’? If so , it’s safe to remove this folder manually.

Also, I’m not sure a plugin can affect WP permalink system even on purpose…
So, could you please provide the URL where the error occurs? We will assign an engineer to help.

    Thank you

Hi, i have made a user login for you at my website (so u can see what happens).
The login section is right next to the user icon on the left.

    Username: gra4
    Password: gra4

Log in with that and then navigate to members section (tabbed on the side)

scroll down and click ‘Add friend’ on any of the members, then you will see:

    https://zectr.com/gra4/activity/

    my website link: https://zectr.com

    Hi crazywolf
I was able to login, but was not able to navigate anywhere – first thing I wanted to change the password indeed (considering it’s posted here) – can’t open https://zectr.com/my-account/ (HTTP Error 503) nor https://zectr.com/my-account/change-password/ (timeout)
groups and forums gave me black pages after a while (and it was long “a while”)
look: https://tools.pingdom.com/fpt/#!/cjFGIA/https://zectr.com/ front page loaded in 32 seconds for me…
Looks like the hosting has some general(not gar4-related) problems. Of course we’ll continue to investigate the issue.

Was able to navigate to the password change form, but after submit I’ve got bank page =(

Yes, https://zectr.com/gra4/activity produces internal error, but your website is listed as gra4 client, so the plugin was able to run on your website at least once.
Did you change anything in the server configuration after the gra4 was installed ?

    So, recommended line of actions:
    – fix general errors on your hosting, you will need it anyway (with or without gra4), right ?
    – if gra4 still does not work – try to reinstall.
    – if it still does not work – just remove it.
    – if you need gra4 pretty badly – to investigate the issue in details we will need ftp access o your site. To not to put your website at security risk just create ftp user with access only to your ‘gra4-social-network’ folder under ‘wp-content/plugins/’.

    thank you
