We are aware of the issue you have been facing with the logo not centering on the center. For now, you can follow the guideline and use the style 3 option on your site. Here is the link: https://docs.themegrill.com/colormag/header-layout-and-style/

This will center the logon but not the menu for now which is an issue. Will fix in the upcoming release of the theme very soon.
