Connecting www.ads-software.com to GoDaddy

Hey guys! thanks you for the support I really appreciate. I’m kinda new on this, I got my new domain, new host using goddady, but when I try to edit my page, the host is using wordpress.com so I need to buy plugins, buy themes, change to business plan. So I want to manage my page with www.ads-software.com how do I change it to make it possible, what should I do? have read almost everything but really dont know…
