Help Create a .csv Download of All Topics & Replies

    I’ve been trying for 2 days to find a way to download all Topics and all Replies in separate “.csv” (excel) format files. One for Topics and one for Replies. That way I’d be able to sort them by the different columns (Subject, Forum, Author, or Date). Can anyone please assist with this? I’ve tried “Copy & Paste” from the all topics list, but that doesn’t work without an extreme amount of editing.
    All & Any help greatly appreciated.

    I’ve not tried it, but give this a go

    ‘topic’ and ‘reply’ are Custom Post Types, so you should be able to export them as that

    Robin, thank you for the suggestion of the exporter, but that doesn’t give me the results I’m needing. It results in numbers for user id’s and I’d prefer it to look more like the Admin page of Topics. It would take me days to try and convert the numbers into names.

    so are you importing into excel?

    if so, I could do a user ID to username dump, and you could then add as a tab and reference, but would be paid work.

    or I can do a total solution, but again paid work
