Help creating a shipping class formula

Thanks for your help. We want to create a new shipping class for items in our store that are less than $10 and don’t fit into an envelope.

I created a new shipping class to house these products and could use some help creating the shipping class formula. The minimum shipping cost for these products should be $7.21, which is what we pay to ship these items to customers, including fees.

What’s the best way to create a formula around this minimum? We have a similar shipping class for items under $10 that do fit into an envelope, and the formula we are using for that shipping class is as follows: .88+[fee percent=”10″ max_fee=”5″ min_fee=”0.98″]
