Data isn’t displaying anymore

    A few days ago I did a restore of the WordPress site (using UpDraftPlus paid version) and that went fine… BUT… the page that displays CFDB shows ‘no results’.

    When I filled in the FS Conctact form, my entry immediately displayed in the datatable – but none of the other data.

    ALSO, when I using phpMyAdmin and look at the “ddir_cf7dbplugin_submits” table, I can see all the old data in there – including the most recent submission of mine.

    Can someone point me to a FAQ page or give me some direction on how to get the rest of the data in the mySQL table to display?

    Hello? Anyone?

    I have the latest version (NOT form WP, but from GitHub), and I also have the PAID CFDB Editor Plugin.

    As I said above, the data use to display with no problem… but now, when I go to “Contact Form DB” and choose the form from the dropdown list, NO data is displayed.

    BUT, if I look at the “wp_site_cf7dbplugin_submits” table in phpMyAdmin, I *CAN* see all the previous data.

    When I try to export the table using phpMyAdmin, the data comes out all jumbled.

    I *REALLY* need to get this data.

    Dave? This is a dead plugin. It’s not on this site any longer. You’re not going to get a response here.

    and I also have the PAID CFDB Editor Plugin.

    Then you’re in the wrong place.

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the author directly on their site.

    As the author is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. As you are their customer I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
