Help desk has gone blank

jshelpdesk is not showing on it’s pages anymore. It worked for about a month. no errors in webserver error log. there is no code showing upon inspecting the page. I’m not sure what to provide to someone so they could help me with this.

I use the exact same plugins and theme on another website and jshelpdesk on that website is still working without issue. I copied the plugins and themes folder from one website to this one.
