Help doing b2g1 free or b1g150% off

I have the free version of the app. I am trying to make a buy 2 items get the 3rd item free. I want it to be the cheapest item free or equal to lowest item price free but all it does is make the 3rd item free regardless of prices for example i can add 2 50$ items to cart then a $500 item and since the 500$ is 3rd item added that is the one that is showing free. It is set to precess as normal and wont allow me to update to equal or lesser value item first. Any help greatly appreciated
