HELP email notification of comments

  • Very apparently the email notifications of comments works for the Admin user. However, I looked it up and tried it and the editor user has the ability to moderate or approve of the comments the same as the Admin user. So why does the editor user logically not receive email notifications?

  • Because the Admin user has final say on the comment/s.

    That is not much help. I want the editor user to get notifications so that he can approve them and I would have no problem giving my particular editor user the Admin level except for I do not want him to change the plug-ins.

    You could set up a separate email for that purpose only, and forward all mail to your editor’s email account.
