embedded youtubes play all in same time

i tried to make somthing like a quick preview video for a video product gallery
i searched too lot and finally found this great plugins to solve the issue , but there is one problem , when there is more than one embedded videos in the same page they play all in the same time ,
i saw a demo for this plugin which the video play on tooltip display and stop on outhow to do that ?
is there something simple or is there setting i dont know ?
