help, FATAL ERROR, its all gone wrong

  • I changed my theme the day before yesterday and edit it to my liking and all was rosey, today as I changed to a new theme and when I activated it, something strange is happening.
    the site with the new theme is now visible, but when I want to go to my dashboard I get this error message:

    Fatal error: Call to undefined function wp_get_theme() in /home/bokaienet/bokaie.net/wp-content/themes/target/options.php on line 12
