Help, featured content and linked pages

Thanks for the theme!
I’m struggling with the featured menu and hope you can find a solution for me because otherwise i will have to change the theme and start over. ??????I’d like to move the “featured menu” block up on my home page. This would allow me to put it in the same “box” as the title and the introductory paragraph, without having two ligns/spaces in a row. Do you know how to do this?
I also need to link my featured menu to normal pages since the website is not for a restaurant, can you explain how to do this ? (i’m using wordpress.com).

I found myself for the first question and i managed to build my homepage.
However i’m still struggling to link normal page to the food menu… I am trying to find the solution but if someone read that, don’t hesitate to help.
I’m trying to build a theme child but i think it means that i have to go with the Business plan.
