Hi, I just installed Product Feed Pro to integrate with Google Merchant.

I tried to apply filter to exclude out of stock items, as well as items under “Stickers” or “Favor Stickers” category. However, after saving the changes and clicking “manually refresh product feed”, the out of stock products & sticker products are still shown in the resulted XML.

What do I need to do to remove out of stock items, as well as products with category “Stickers” or “Favor Stickers” category from the product feed?

Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us.

Would you be so kind as to share the plugin debug.log with us? It will help us understand how you have configured your feed and shows if its properly updating.

Also, just to make sure: are you using a caching plugin? If so, make sure to clear/flush its cache as well as your browser cache, otherwise you might be looking at and old version of your feed.

Thanks for this. I had a look at your feed URL, this one:

Both products you showed in this screenshot are no longer in the feed? (product ID’s 16232 and 16224):

So it seems as your exclude filters did work?

Hi, yes it seems that manually refreshing it doesn’t work, but I need to wait for daily reload then the filter seems to work now.
