Help Finding The Right Plugin

I need to find a plugin that will allow me to input different text instructions for automotive security installations. Each vehicle will require some variation from the main original instructions diagram but the additional instructions per vehicle will be simple text. I also need this to be searchable in some way. I have been looking everywhere, but am confused as to what I am looking for exactly. I have searched for
“WordPress Searchable Database Plugin” “WordPress Searchable Directory Plugin” and several others but I can not find something that comes close from what I can tell.
