Help for a total newb

I’m totally new to WordPress… I just installed it less than 10 minutes ago and I’m already so lost. I’m just trying to make my them right now; I want it to look exactly the same as I had my Blogger theme laid out: https://www.e-lusively.com/blogger/index2.html.

I seem to be failing miserably. There are sidebars and everything, lol. Can anyone please help me? I also have aim and gtalk if you would like to help me out on there (if it would be easier).
