Direct help from WordPress

    Is there a way to get help from WordPress employees on a problem I cannot get fixed or do you only offer volunteer’s to help? My website is stuck because I cannot update pages or posts since the 5.1 upgrade which is not of much use to me. All the volunteer advice has been nice but not solved my problem.
